Kim Kardashian has been the center of attention at the Met Gala in previous years, and her newest gown was no exception.
Kim Kardashian wore the legendary Marilyn Monroe gown when she sang “Happy Birthday” to former President John F. Kennedy in 1962, as you may know. After being chastised for claiming she shed 7 pounds to fit into the dress, Kim has since been chastised for wearing the outfit despite the fact that the chain could not be closed.
Kim is seen presumably putting on a dress made by Jean Louis for Marilyn Monroe, one of the most renowned she has worn, in some photographs released by TMZ. The chain appears to be unable to shut at the back in the video. Kim is overheard remarking that they can make it appear the same.
That appears to be why she covered her buttocks with padding. On Twitter, someone said, “Not only is it insulting, but it also causes clothes damage.”
“Kim Kardashian genuinely told everyone she went on a diet to make her dress, and it turns out they couldn’t chain the buttocks,” one source claims. “For the sake of her vanity, she risked ruining a historic gown. “A remark reads, “Lack of respect.”
“Kim should have made the garment herself, tailoring it to her skin tone and body form. It just did not fit her well – not only on her buttocks, but also on her waist and breast.” This outfit was clearly designed for Marilyn Monroe and should have stayed that way “another adds.
