Kourtney’s hand-embroidered veils matched the tattoos Travis had inscribed on his head, which you may or may not have seen. He has previously discussed various tattoos, including a head tattoo of the Virgin Mary, and explained why so many of them are religious in nature.
“I got the tattoo of the Virgin Mary when I was 18, 19 and grew up as a Catholic,” he told Vice in 2015. “I definitely pray; I believe in God. I definitely think I’m blessed. I do not go to church. “Every day and I do not push people towards religion. But I believe in God and I pray, my children pray too.”
Kourtney chose another Dolce & Gabbana short dress, this time in black, with an Emblem of the Virgin Mary on the front, the day before the wedding ceremony. She accessorized the gown with a short black veil with blue embroidery, long black gloves, and strapped shoes.
